Easily the best experience I ever had with a home improvement contractor. All of the people I dealt with were friendly, helpful, professional, knowledgeable, responsive, attentive and eager to please (shout-out specifically to Justin Myers, John Oliver and Luke Walls). They showed up on time and did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. They made provisions for special conditions on site and the installation went smoothly and efficiently, with minimal disruption to our lives. The crew did an excellent job removing the old roof, installing the new one, and cleaning up afterwards to make sure no nails were left behind for the dog to step on or for my tires to drive over. A 5-star experience from start to finish!

I needed a roof replacement and my insurance company rejected me after one visit from their inspector saying the roof can be repaired. Luke Walls and John Oliver of Economy Restoration made a video on how damaging making repairs is to the surrounding shingles, many which were bent due to wind damage which is very prevalent in my neighborhood; and noting the existing shingles were no longer being made, thus making repairs noticeable. My roof was only 12 years old. They continued to fight for me having my insurance company ask for an independent inspector give an unbiased opinion. After many back and forth messages to the adjuster my insurance company gave me the full amount projected by Economy Restoration (minus my deductible). The roof was done in remarkable time and it looks beautiful and expertly done. Clean-up was professionally done. I would recommend them to anyone.
