Justin and his team are the best in the business. Their professionalism is top notch. From the first conversation about repairing our commercial roof to completing the project, they were outstanding. Justin was very thorough in answering our questions and the price to repair our roof was extremely fair! We own a grocery store on the Eastern Shore and their crew kept tiles, nails, and debris far from customers and their work exceeded our expectations. We are beyond happy with our new roof. It was a pleasure dealing with Jordan and everyone at Economy Restoration. Jordan explained the whole process of filing an insurance claim and took care of all necessary forms and permits. They did a fantastic job of replacing our roof and we couldn’t be happier.

Never thought I'd be saying that getting a new roof was a pleasant experience, but it was. Patrick provided so much support and did virtually all the work dealing with my insurer. The team that worked on the roof were courteous and helpful.

Easily the best experience I ever had with a home improvement contractor. All of the people I dealt with were friendly, helpful, professional, knowledgeable, responsive, attentive and eager to please (shout-out specifically to Justin Myers, John Oliver and Luke Walls). They showed up on time and did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. They made provisions for special conditions on site and the installation went smoothly and efficiently, with minimal disruption to our lives. The crew did an excellent job removing the old roof, installing the new one, and cleaning up afterwards to make sure no nails were left behind for the dog to step on or for my tires to drive over. A 5-star experience from start to finish!

Installed new roof. Professional job and left no mess

I needed a roof replacement and my insurance company rejected me after one visit from their inspector saying the roof can be repaired. Luke Walls and John Oliver of Economy Restoration made a video on how damaging making repairs is to the surrounding shingles, many which were bent due to wind damage which is very prevalent in my neighborhood; and noting the existing shingles were no longer being made, thus making repairs noticeable. My roof was only 12 years old. They continued to fight for me having my insurance company ask for an independent inspector give an unbiased opinion. After many back and forth messages to the adjuster my insurance company gave me the full amount projected by Economy Restoration (minus my deductible). The roof was done in remarkable time and it looks beautiful and expertly done. Clean-up was professionally done. I would recommend them to anyone.

Economy Restoration was fast, reliable, and professional. They arrived on time and worked in a timely fashion to complete my roof in a single day. Just a few days after the roof was finished they schedule the drywall division to come in an repair our ceiling that had water damage.

We are so grateful for economy, especially Rob and Chris. We contacted them after a google search when we were dealing with our house catching on fire. We needed to find someone to tarp the roof quickly. Another company quoted us and insurance said it was fine, but economy got out there within hours and did it for free, no contract signed or anything. We did end up using them for the remodel/rebuild after remediation and the work they did is impeccable. They worked seamlessly with our insurance, it was so much easier logistically than I thought it would be. The bones of our house are old and wonky, uneven floors and whatnot and they worked with that and created a beautiful home for us. They routinely worked with me even on weekends to get things moving, always available when we needed. I’m so thankful for that google search, I feel so at home and most importantly, safe, in our house now. While I could do without a traumatizing house fire, I’m really glad I met these guys and I will definitely use them for remodels/ other exterior and interior jobs in the future. Rob is a perfectionist and it really shows in the quality of the work they did. Thank you, economy! You already know how happy we are with our house but wanted to let others know, too. We are now more than a month in at the “new” house and we are so happy here. Thanks again!

We were introduced to Economy Roofing years ago and when we found a shingle on the ground and had them inspect they became our guide. This company is responsive, knowledgeable and we appreciated their help. We have a new roof and they were able to help replace the skylights too so now we can focus on repairing the interior damage.

They did a very good job replacing the siding on the house and shingles around the windows. They did the work for a reasonable price and time. They were able to get the materials earlier than originally planned and was able to start sooner. They did a good job cleaning up the area after the work was completed.

Jordan Taylor was the local rep for Economy Restoration LLC in our development and was very responsive from our first inquiry through installation and follow-up. He walked us through the entire process, including working with our HOA for approval and securing the permit from the town. On installation day, he stayed with his excellent crew and everything was very smooth. They were completed by late afternoon, which was amazing and cleanup was very thorough. Jordan also followed up by walking the property the next day, and said we will get a QC inspection of the actual roof. Their pricing was very fair and the company is top notch in every regard.
